reachUse Reach for legitimate tasks you are authorised to give it.
Do not use Reach to:
- Harass, threaten, prank, deceive or impersonate someone.
- Make unwanted repeated calls or bypass a request to stop contact.
- Send spam, run unsolicited bulk marketing or carry out political or debt-collection campaigns through Reach.
- Call emergency, premium-rate or other prohibited destinations.
- Obtain or share passwords, payment-card details, one-time codes or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Make purchases, payments or consequential changes without the authority and approval required for the exact action.
- Break the law, evade account controls or use another person's identity or account without permission.
If someone asks not to be contacted again, respect the request. Reach's current terms say it will not contact that person for you again. Do not ask it to get around that restriction using a different task or number.
We may stop a task or restrict access where a use is unsafe, prohibited or outside Reach's supported scope. Contact support@reach.747.systems if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
