Unanswered, busy and failed calls have no call charge under the current calculation. A call that connects may still be charged even if nobody can answer your question. Phone menus, hold time and voicemail can form part of a connected call.
Reach needs an active membership and positive credit to provide service. If either runs out, service pauses, including answering callbacks. If membership stays unpaid for 30 days, your Reach number can be released and may not be recoverable.
